The Committee has scheduled a debate in Westminster Hall on the motion: “That this House has considered e-petition 554316 relating to rollout of Covid-19 vaccinations.” Tonia Antoniazzi, member of the Petitions Committee, will open the debate. Minister for Covid-19 Vaccine Deployment Nadhim Zahawi MP will respond for the Government.
What are petitions debates?
Petitions debates are ‘general’ debates which allow MPs from all parties to discuss the important issues raised by one or more petitions, and put their concerns to Government Ministers.
