How to row if you are overweight and rowing to lose-weight or stay in shape. First off - I am considered "obese" so I don't mean this offensively. I have a belly, but there are certain things we can do, to make it so we are rowing well, without hurting ourselves, and keep going on this machine.
Rowing can be a great tool for weightloss, but there are some things we can adapt for our bodies so that we don't cause injuries in the process.
