Family-Friendly One-Pot Lasagna Soup Recipe For Cozy Fall Nights!

One-Pot Lasagna Soup
Ingredients:
2 LB Grass Fed Ground Beef
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
7 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning
2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
Red pepper flakes to your liking
12 Cups Bone Broth
2 Jars Marinara Sauce
4 Tbsp Tomato puree
3/4 of a Box of 365 Lasagna Noodles (broken into 3-4 pieces)
Two Handfuls of Spinach (optional)
You choose what Cheese Toppings you love (we used Mozzarella and Aged Parmesan)
METHOD
1. Add ground beef to a large pot over medium heat. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, draining the extra grease.
2. Add the chopped onions, garlic, and ground beef to the same pot and cook until the onions become translucent.
3. Add your seasonings, bone broth, marinara sauce, and tomato puree, and bring everything to a boil. Once it has reached a boil, reduce it to a simmer and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
4. Break your lasagna noodles and add them to the pot now; cover and simmer until the noodles are cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
5. Once the noodles are done, ladle the soup into bowls and top with your favorite cheese, such as shredded mozzarella and aged Parmesan. Enjoy!
