Monday July 5th, 2021 at Katmai National Park, Brooks Camp. Momma bear (708 Amelia) walks the Brooks Falls trail with two 2-year cubs and I got a bear selfie. Once we saw them approaching, we grouped up and pushed off the trail as best we could. By chance, most folks were behind me and I couldn't really push back off the trail much further. It was breath taking to have such a cool encounter with these beautiful and wild animals.
