I'm FINALLY getting back to real training and racing and I NEED TO KNOW MY FTP. I did a lot of TrainerRoad while I was stuck indoors with a broken ankle/separated shoulder using an FTP that I got from their AI. Now that I'm on the other side of that block of mostly sweet spot work, I want to see what I can do on a Zwift ramp test, but I also want to know what TrainerRoad thinks my FTP is now. I took this opportunity to compare the two back to back on the same day.
