High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb cooked shredded chicken - I use @trifecta meal prep ready precooked & shredded chicken
8 oz. low fat cream cheese
2/3 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
2/3 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, diced (whites only)
1 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy. Mix in the chicken & green onions. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes 😊
It’s amazing on its own, with veggies, or some chips!!
