Delia García, CSR and Sustainability Director at L'Oréal Spain and Portugal, has 17 years of experience in designing sustainability strategies from the business core actively involving stakeholders.
In 2003 she began her professional career as part of the CO2-Solutions team and a year later joined the R&D team at Itsemap Servicios Tecnológicos Mapfre, where she developed a methodology for assessing environmental risks in the industry. At the end of 2004, she joined the Garrigues Environment team in several strategic consulting projects to integrate sustainability into the business and became a member of the permanent Technical Assistance team of the Secretariado de la Red de Autoridades Ambientales of the Ministry of the Environment.
In 2014 she joined El Corte Inglés, where she led the Sustainability area and chaired the Red Española de amfori, developing transversal projects such as the Movement for Sustainability or the Ecoencuentros, as well as creating the Purchasing Sustainability Committee.
Delia is also a patron of Musicians for Health and a Transformation vocal at WAS (Women Action Sustainability).
