Dresden Bangladeshi Comminity organised and celebrated the International Mother Language Day 2018 First time in the History of DRESDEN GERMANY.
Lots of People from different countries were participating the International Mother Language Day program. There were around 16-Languages speaking People including Bangla, German, English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Spanish, Georgianish, Turkish, Kazakistanish, Sohali (African), Uzbekish etc. coordially take parts in the program. There were also Children Art/drawing event, also giving flowers to the Shahid Miner (Monument for Martyrs)- paying Homage to the Heroes who sacrificed their lives for the Mother Language in the Language Movement in 1952, Discussion on the importance of the Mother Language Day, Poem recitation, Omar Ekushey Song, delicious Traditional Foods Tasting Events.
