A cheeky little walk around Sopwell Nunnery/Priory aka Lee Hall in St Albans.
This was once the home of a chief adviser to Henry VIII and prior to that it housed a small cohort of nuns from 1140 up until the Dissolution of the Monasteries in the 1540s.
Now it is an atmospheric little spot not far from @stalbanscathedral
