Ingredients :
for flavouring:
3 pcs or 15 gr garlic
1/2 medium onions or 35 gr
2 tbsp vegetable oil
pinch of white peppercorn (optional)
1 tsp corn flour with 2 tsp water mix
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp mushroom bouillon powder or you can use chicken or vegetable on as you wish
1/2 tsp salt
Vegetables and Protein :
2 eggs whisk with pinch of salt and pinch of white peppercorn (optional) you can also use black peppercorn
50 to 60 gr Chinese cabbage (sawi putih)
50 to 60 gr white cabbage (as a similar texture and taste i will suggest to use pointy cabbage)
50 to 60 gr wood ear mushroom (I bought the dry one then I soak it into warm to hot water for 30 minutes until its soft and bigger size)
50 to 60 gr carrots
50 to 60 gr caisim or mustard greens
50 to 60 gr cauliflower
50 to 60 gr baby corns
25 gr ercis or mangetout
1 pcs medium spring onions
small amount of celery leaf or asian parsley (seledri)
Condiments :
fried shallots
small green chilli
salty soy sauce
big red chilli as a garnish (optional)
warm steamed rice
