Elderly and vulnerable people frequently have to leave their own homes because there’s no cost-effective way to remotely monitor the environmental conditions where they live.
Its safe house product collects information from throughout the property, measuring temperature, humidity, electricity status, it even listens to alarms, your fire alarm, carbon dioxide alarms.
Once collected this information can be sent in real time to a nominated carer who can respond to the individual’s needs.
This project is part of the the Small Business Research Initiative (#SBRI), a well established process to connect public sector challenges with innovative ideas from industry, supporting companies to generate economic growth and enabling improvement in achieving government objectives.
