Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday ruled out the possibilities of early elections in the State and said that the Assembly elections would be likely to be held in March or April 2024.

YS Jagan said that the YSRCP would release its election manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections in February, 2024. To benefit more people in the State, the 'Why AP Needs Jagan' programme would be launched on November 1, 2023 and continue till December 10, he said, and added that leaders from SC, ST, BC and minority leaders would also take out a bus yatra from October 25 to December 31 and cover the three regions in the State.
