This is how to move your data from one Micro SD Card to a larger card on Nintendo Switch if you do not have a computer to do the transfer. Before you do this make sure that if you have a Nintendo Online account that you back up your saves and if you are playing Animal Crossing New Horizons that you use the Minus Buttons "-" at the Title screen and turn on your island backups just in case you mess something up. When taking out the Micro SD Card plase make sure to Power Off the Nintendo Switch using the power button on the top of the console. DO NOT remove the Micro SD card while the Nintendo Switch is sleep mode.

There is another way to move your saves using a PC running Windows however, it will not work using Mac OS.
