Welcome to the PDJ Vibro subcontract department. This is where we take in work from clients to deburr, polish and superfinish with the very latest vibratory barrel and centrifugal technology. We have circular bowls with and without parts unload. Machines linked to maize dryers so that we can deburr, polish, inhibit and dry, floor to floor, in around one hour. Centrifugal machines are available for high speed finishing, we also have rectangular troughs for processing larger pieces. We start work, if not complete orders within 24 hours of receipt as standard. If you are looking for support with your finishing or have overspill work, we would love to help. We have a great reputation and we have been doing this a very long time. Clients are welcome to visit with samples whether they are looking to buy machines or use our subcontract department by appointment.
