📌 Recipe 1/ Ingredients:
‣ 2 large eggs
‣ 1 cup rice
‣ 1 large onion
‣ 2 medium carrots
‣ 3 large cloves garlic
‣ 1 cup or 180 grams frozen peas
‣ 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
‣ butter ≈ 2 tbsp
‣ olive oil if needed
‣ green onions
‣ salt

📌 Recipe 2/ Ingredients:
‣ 2 cups ( 200g) cooked ham
‣ 2 cups ( 500 ml ) low-sodium chicken broth
‣ 1 can (≈ 400-500g ) canned pineapple
‣ 1/2 cup (120 ml) pineapple juice
‣ 2 tbsp soy sauce
‣ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
‣ 250 g long-grain white rice
‣ green onions

‣ 2 cups rice
‣ 1 liter/4 cups chicken broth
‣ 1 onion
‣ 2 cloves garlic
‣ 1 medium tomato
‣ parsley or cilantro
‣ 1 tsp salt
‣ 1/2 tsp curry powder

‣ Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
‣ Garlic - 2 pcs.
‣ Salt - 1 tsp.

‣ Paprika - 1/4 tsp.
‣ Red pepper flakes - 1 pinch
‣ Chicken broth - 600 ml
‣ Smoked/semi-smoked sausage - 150 g
‣ Chopped tomatoes - 1 can
‣ Rice (washed) - 300 g
