Strategy:
Tank for Brann while healing him and using Tiger's Lust and Diffuse Magic to get rid of the magic debuff. I think most classes can solo this IF you have someway to dispel the DoT on you. The main issues I would have is Brann not focusing the egg and I'd CC it and he would break it and also Brann getting feared. I would try to pull Brann away from the boss so that the fear would not hit him. This took me a good 30-40 tries and a bit of luck on the last attempt. Goodluck gamers!
