Jackfruit Pickle Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Raw Jackfruit
2. Oil
3. Masturd seeds
4. Fenugreek seeds
5. Chilly powder
6. Turmeric powder
7. Hing
8. Salt
9. Curry leaves
Instructions
1. To peel the jackfruit - Cut into medium size pieces boil enough water in a cooker
Cook till 3/4 done now peel jackfruit easily.
2. Dry roast the Fenugreek masturd seeds for 2-3 mins and then coarsly grind them.
3. Heat oil , remove from the gas now add all the spices and raw jackfruit stir for 2 mins.
4. when it cool down completely add vinegar and fill them into a glass jar and keep them aside.
5. And start using after 2 days .
