Just a mental grind this one was. There's enough time, but you can't slow down too much. I had one trip throughout and I opted for hop down hop up. Unfortunately, I don't think you can step down step up on this one. I think it may take a tad too long and be an invitation for rest. The shoulders definitely get fried pretty early. You just gotta pick the rope up and go, they'll loosen up and then tighten back up...but then you're done with them until the next round. There isn't really a way to go much faster on the single arms Devils Press, so just lock in and stay consistent. 10 rounds for time of 32 double unders, 8 alternating single arm Devils Press 50/35lb. Time Cap 15 minutes, finished 13:50 RX. I have not signed up yet, just showing those who have a breakdown before their first attempt. You will want to make this one a one and done, so warm up thoroughly.
