This is an Insta 360 One RS from 2022. They came in various combinations. This one came with a 4K Boost Lens, and a 360 lens. They worked well as a modular action vlogging camera. You can connect an external microphone, and the case has a form of wind proofing should you be using the built in mics. There is even an adapter for the mic available.
They have had at least one iteration since this one and may have had more. The Insta 360 has worked well for me. The battery life has been pretty good and the quality of the image is very good.
But depending on what you need a camera for the camera on your mobile phone is pretty good, and if using for video it is fantastic when twinned with a phone gimbal like a DJI.

The videos on the channel slowly travel around and around. If you're in a rush, put it at speed but try to find the time to just look at an object and the space it creates when it's there and when it's not. Pace yourself. Meditate if that works for a focus.
SPOILER ALERT: There is no big revelation at the end of the video apart from you may have had a minute or so to muse, to meditate, to observe, to explore mindfulness. You can always loop the video and watch as the object goes round and round. Take some time, explore the space, do not judge as the object turns and new space opens up.
