I met Alex, Bob, and Kyle of RAMBO Bikes this year at Interbike, and they showed me an impressive line of fat tire electric bikes designed with some accessories specifically for hunters. The company is from Minnesota, USA and has been in business since 2015.
I especially liked the derailleur guard, chain guide, and larger alloy pedals on all of the bikes, which will help them stand up to trail conditions and transport. Some of their bikes have 4” tires, one had 4.8” fat tires, and there was even a Junior model with smaller 20” diameter 4” tires for youth or shorter riders. Rambo appears to be using a mix of Bafang motor products ranging from the standard fat-tire 500 watt internally geared hub motor up to the BBSHD 1,000 watt mid-drive motor.
It sounds like some of their accessories (like rear racks, fishing cart, gun and bow racks, and trailers) are being offered separately if you already own a fat bike or are creating something custom. We took a close look at the fishing cart which has removable rod holders that you can stick into the sand, you can store your coolers in this trailer and it has removable wheels for easier storage as well and you could even put this rack on a 2” hitch and use it to carry gear with your car.
