In this lecture/discussion video from my Spring 2012 Ethics class at Marist College, we explore the first part of Aristotle's Nichomachean Ethics book 3 We focus on the questions of responsibility, what is voluntary and involuntary, choice, virtue and vice. We explore two conditions which can render an action involuntary: ignorance and compulsion.
