The constitutional court delivered its ruling today.
The challenge was lodged by fellow opposition leader, Martin Fayulu.
He's accused Tshisekedi and his party of rigging the polls.
Fayulu rejected the provisional tally, saying it was a secret deal between Tshisekedi and outgoing President Joseph Kabila, to cheat him out of victory.
