Sebastian Turcios is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Davis and a student in Dr. Frank Mitloehner's Lab. His journey in animal agriculture started in his hometown of Yoro, Honduras where he and his family raised ruminant livestock like cattle. Agriculture was a big part of his upbringing and now, he is pursuing an education in it to help educate and improve livestock sustainability around the world.
