Have you ever been frustrated trying to get your MTH locomotives to run with other manufacturers?
While experimenting, I found out how to speed match MTH PS3 locomotives to standard DCC locomotive. (DCS to DCS is automatic)
The CV’s you need to change are below in OPS Mode to achieve this are below:
CV 52 to 1 (this tells the decoder to use PWM)
CV53 Acceleration in DCS
CV54 Deceleration in DCS
CV3 Acceleration in DCC
CV4 Deceleration in DCC
CV 2 Start speed
CV5 Top speed
