ST. LOUIS — An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead and another woman was injured along westbound Interstate 44 near the 12th Street exit.
It happened around 4:45 a.m. Sunday.
A woman, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another woman, 29, was taken to the hospital, where her vitals were stable, police said.
