Potted Christmas trees can live for decades if planted outside in the garden. In this video I plant my Christmas tree and I also talk about two previous Christmas trees to show how fast they grow once established. Its surprising how quickly they will grow once settled in. So its important to make sure you have the space before planting the tree. If your Christmas tree comes in a pot with several holes in the side you can plant it in the ground still in its pot and dig it up each year for Christmas.
