How will you do?
People are only persuaded when three things happen:
1. They are forced to question their belief systems.
2. They face facts, stats or data that they ordinarily wouldn’t have to face
3. They try to see things from the other end.
Each of these enables them to empathise with their subject and understand what matters to them.
Once you know what matters to somebody, you can persuade them.
