Ingredients:
1 Bell Pepper
1-2 Sweet Peppers
1 Carrot
1 Red Onion
3-4 Small Cucumbers
3-4 Radish
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup of Parsley
1 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Navy Beans
1 Can Red Kidney Beans
Salad Dressing
1/2 Cup Oil
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup of Parsley
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Ground Cumin
Directions:
1. Chop all the vegetables and add them to a bowl.
2. Open and drain all the beans.
3. Add the beans to the veggies.
