The National Physique Committee's Clash at the Capstone is full of surprises and challenges this year.
Last summer, despite the world pandemic, the NPC Clash at the Capstone was one of the first events to open to the general public during the pandemic.
This summer, the event is celebrating two decades at the Bama Theatre as a national qualifier for the NPC Universe and NPC National Fitness Championship. The Clash at the Capstone is home to bodybuilding, fitness, figure, physique and bikini competitions.
