Moving your body stimulates your lymph flow.
The lymphatic system is correlated to immune function.
When lymph becomes stagnant you build up toxins in your body and that’s a burden on your immune function.
I believe that everything in the body is connected and that movement is healing.
IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE PERFECT FOR IT TO BE EFFECTIVE…you just need to start.
Focus on what you CAN do. Because that’s enough.
