INGREDIENTS:
500g beef chuck tender, cut into small bite-sized pieces
Plain all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of vegetable Oil
1 large yellow onion, diced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of red wine
4 tbsp of tomato paste or tomato purée
1 and 1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 and 1/2 tsp of Italian herbs
500ml of beef broth
2 dried bay leaves
2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
300g of carrots, cut into chunks
500g of potatoes, cut into chunks
Add salt and pepper if needed.
