This Presentation is developed by Mr. Muhammad Kashif Siddiqee, FCA, FPFA, PGD-IBFT, CSCA. He is an Insurance and Takaful Expert at Capital Market Authority (Oman). He has developed the Risk Based Capital (RBC) Solvency Framework for the Capital Market Authority which was issued and promulgated in 2020. He has diversified and in-depth knowledge and experience of Insurance and Takaful Sector Regulatory Supervision. He has total Experiences of 25 Years with more than 12 years’ experience with multiple Insurance and Capital Market Regulators.
The RBC Solvency Framework 2022 has replaced the old tradition model of solvency which had been following since 1979 in the Sultanate of Oman.
