Gooty GY 'Airavat' WDG-4 twins 12266 and 12237 with an Ultratech cement freight train coming from Thondebhavi crosses the Makalidurga viaduct after a halt at Makalidurga to let a north bound freight also led by GY WDG-4 twins. Also observe a monkey running on the bridge a few seconds before the loco appears. Luckily the monkey escaped from coming under the wheels of the train. The view of this bridge from this position is blocked now because of a new bridge which is constructed as a part of doubling.
