Walkthrough of the 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Townhouse at the Fountains at Championsgate.
The property has 2 outdoor pools, umbrellas, sun loungers, 2 spa tubs, and free (first come, first serve) poolside cabanas.
There is a fitness center and golfing on site.
The units have wifi, tv's, washer/dryer, entertainment on the televisions.
We visited the property for 1 night on June 15.
We pay $339.56 for the one night which included a $130 cleaning fee. The nightly rate was 182.92 with tax. The cleaning fee is per visit not per day do the longer you stay the less it becomes as the cleaning fee is spread out over your stay.
There is no daily cleaning of the room. The cleaning fee covers the cleaning done after you check out.
