2. Annealing process (wire diameter 1.6-2.0 mm)
Spool wire pay-off system → Electrolytic pickling → Water
washing and alkali washing → Dry → Natural gas annealing
furnace → Cooling → Wire take-up system
3. Wet wire drawing machine (Inlet wire diameter 1.6-2.0 mm,
outlet wire diameter 0.3-0.7 mm)
4. Annealing process (wire diameter 0.3-0.7 mm)
Spool wire pay-off system → Electric furnace annealing →
Cooling → Wire take-up system
