Deep Fried Fish with Dark Soy Sauce
This is so good with steamed rice & sliced red chillies.
Ingredients
2 slices Seabass fillet
2 stalks spring onion (cut into section)
1-inch ginger (julienned)
5 small onions (sliced)
2 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp hua tiao chiew
2 tsp sugar
½ cup hot water
