A very long stalemate between two Destiny HERO Phoenix Enforcers. Honestly, I bricked extremely hard at the start though the deck most of the time performs pretty well with the DPE package included in an Invoked Shaddoll Dogmatika deck.

I would recommend replacing the two copies of Infinite Impermanence with two more Forbidden Droplets to draw into off of Maxx "C" since Swordsoul is very common, as well as adding a third Crossout Designator to the deck either replacing the copy of Raigeki or making the deck a 41 card deck. Harpie's Feather Duster is not needed as most decks on ladder are Swordsoul or a combo deck which Raigeki is much more useful for.
