Clinical Features:
A middle-aged female patient came with non-specific lower abdominal pain.
Ultrasound Features:
A well-defined tiny round anechoic cystic structure with posterior acoustic enhancement is noted at the cervical myometrium.
Remember:
Nabothian cyst is a common finding in chronic cervicitis.
Recommend a VIA test for further screening.
