Radial EBUS guided Cryobiopsy with thin bronchoscope
45 yr old male, K/c/o ca tongue- diagnosed 5 months back, treated with Chemoradiation squamous cell carcinoma-
on surveillance PET CT, a small PET avid nodule of 7mm was identified in the posterior segment of right upper lobe
Radial EBUS showed eccentric lesion. Cryobiopsy was taken with 1.1mm cryoprobe under fluoroscopy guidance
HPE showed metastatic Squamous cell carcinoma
