As someone who went through WSET courses himself and also from the point of view of an educator watching his students go through the course and exam, this part of WSET Level 2 in Wines—remembering the appellations—seems to be where everyone struggles.
In this video, I'll share some tips and techniques I used for mastering this part of the material. We'll be focusing first on white wine appellations, with the next video covering red wine.
