Reuben Egg Rolls
This is such an easy recipe for a simple egg roll snack.
Our Reuben egg rolls are only a few ingredients and you should be able to make these in about 10 minutes.
Recipe: (makes 5-6 egg rolls)
Ingredients:
1 lb- thin sliced, deli style corned beef
10-12 slices- Swiss cheese
1 cup- sauerkraut
Egg Roll Wrappers
Method:
Squeeze the liquid out of the sauerkraut with a paper towel. You do not want the moisture in your egg rolls.
Place 2 slices of corned beef on your work surface.
Cut the Swiss cheese into half slices and place the first slice on the corned beef in the center.
Cover the cheese with sauerkraut and cover with the other slice of cheese.
Roll the beef tightly into a small log.
Place each corned beef log onto an egg roll wrapper.
Roll the wrapper, wetting the corners with water to stick together.
Fry in 325 degree oil.
Dip the egg rolls into thousand island dressing.
