We are currently developing an open standard for WebDAV Push, which should enable you to receive updates of calendar, tasks and address book resources almost instantly on your Android device without having to wait for the next scheduled sync.

In this video you'll see the necessary steps to activate Push with your Nextcloud server. ATTENTION: This is currently in an Alpha stage, there will be errors and changes over the coming months. Do not yet use this in a production environment.
