ACHS is part of the U.S. Community Health Center Vaccine Equity Program designed to ensure the nation's most vulnerable populations have access to the COVID19 vaccine. For the populations they serve, it means vaccines for those over 65 and those in rural, hard-to-reach areas. Ammonoosuc Community Health has five primary care delivery sites in northern NH. They serve over 11,000 residents in 26 rural towns. They began their vaccine clinic in March of 2021.
