Groundwork Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside is working in partnership with Merseyside Recycling and Waste Disposal Authority on a project called Let's Speke About Food - an innovative partnership working to promote healthy eating and cooking skills, while minimising food waste.
Here, Justin Dalrymple from Grow Speke rustles up a fabulous Christmas dinner using just a pizza oven and a camping stove, using ingredients grown in the community garden or donated from Grow Speke's partners and supporters.
