Hey guys this That Dividend Guy! I'm so happy to be back. Sorry I had a family emergency yesterday so I couldn't upload. Tomorrow I have orientation at my new job from 10am to 2pm, so the video might be late tomorrow. Right now I am trying to get 2 videos out a day. Trying to be as consistent as possible but hey life happens sometimes. Today I have a few really good deals in the portfolio! Right now the screaming buy is Trow Price. Right now I am down double digits around 16% on the position. I had around a 40 upside when I bought at 121 now at 107 I have even more upside. So I really wanna buy more shares, on top of that the dividend did have a small increase a little while back. I can't wait to cost down average and get more dividend for less capital. The other deal in the portfolio is Realty Income. I love this company pretty much makes me a landlord with none of the headache. They manage the properties for me and I collect a monthly rent check. I plan on allocating more capital to this position after I get Trow where I want it. The main goal is to get Cova Cola to 100 shares. Speaking of Coca Cola has a small discount! I wish I had the capital to be adding to keep that goal on track, but give me a couple weeks and I'll be back at it. Apple is now up double digits which looks good, but I bought it to help boost that months income and going up doesn't accomplish that! Abbvie is still up 60% which is awesome, but again I can't buy at this price! I feel like the 2nd set of months will eventually fall behind due to the huge gains, and lack of capital being added to those stocks. I have time to wait and eventually deals on these companies will come up and I have to be ready to deploy capital to even out my income and I think in time my income will steady itself as I age.
