I recorded this echo on 143.050 MHz (GRAVES Radar frequency). Is it a Meteor, most likely one of the Leonids.
Actually the video shows two echoes: a faint one at 00:02 and a strong one at 00:10
The vertical reflexions are from an aircraft.
