It brings the 14 day average daily case rate in metropolitan Melbourne to 25.1 and in regional Victoria it's 0.8
On Thursday the state recorded 12 new cases and two deaths.
The Premier Daniel Andrews is due to announce further easing of restrictions on Sunday but has warned there won't be drastic changes.
