Top Tips for Planting Olives.
1. Ensure Good Drainage.
2. A sunny position (full sun if possible)
3. Soak Thoroughly weekly, allow to almost dry out between watering.
4. Plant to same soil depth, no deeper, to avoid trunk rot/decay.
5. Imitate Mediterranean conditions, hot, dry, arid, well drained, impoverished soil.
6. Observe leaves for distress, offer food when necessary. Tomato food or liquid seaweed.
