FUFA Honorary President and Vipers Sports Club Patron Mr. Lawrence Mulindwa has told the Commission of Inquiry into football that the poor refereeing that is dogging club football is a symptom of a bigger problem.
Mulindwa became the 77th person to appear before the commission.
He spoke candidly over problems afflicting Uganda football in a cordial interface that spanned two hours.
The commission chaired by Rt. Hon Daniel Kidega winds up this week and is expected to hand over its report to FUFA next week.
