Hi, and welcome to your YouTube channel. In today's video, we're going to be talking about the Difference Between CR (Customer Requirements) and CSR (Customer Specific Requirements)'.
Customer requirement refers to the needs, expectations, and preferences of a customer with regard to a product or service. This could include factors such as quality, functionality, price, reliability, and ease of use. Customer requirements are generally common to a group of customers, and they help businesses to design products and services that meet the needs of their target market.
On the other hand, customer-specific requirements refer to the unique needs or requests of a particular customer. These requirements are not typical of the general customer base and are specific to an individual customer. They may include factors such as record retention, frequency of internal audits, symbols for special characteristics, etc.
In summary, while customer requirements are specific to the product and process, customer-specific requirements are requirements related to the management system, which are shared through the supplier manual.
